The Veldzicht restaurant works according to traditional methods and using various regional products, such as flour from the Joeswerd mill, fish from Lauwersoog and meat from the Bose and co. craft butcher.
We use these products in their purest form possible in the preparation of our dishes. The menu changes regularly, taking into account the seasons. In addition to our restaurant, we have an outdoor café by the water and a room for meetings, celebrations and parties.
Restaurant Veldzicht is open from Thursday through Monday from noon.
